This New York City theatre-trained actor and writer is an entertainer whose star is on the rise. Born and raised in North Carolina, Darik Bernard wholeheartedly brings to his artistry a work ethic and stick-to-it-iveness unsurpassed. His acting career has taken him to the silver screen as well as the big city stage where his performance credits include hit series POWER (STARZ) as Doc, Luke Cage (Netflix), Boardwalk Empire (HBO), One Bad Choice (MTV), and Celebrity Ghost Stories (Biography Channel). He has also been in numerous short and indie films as well as Off-Broadway productions. As an up and coming screenwriter, Darik’s debut project, Boys & Girls: The Series, is an outrageously funny dramedy. With his finger on the pulse of contemporary culture, he is certainly one to watch.
